Patient Navigator
Shelby is our Patient Navigator, specializing in care for our Rural Health Medicare patients. With a warm and compassionate approach, she ensures each patient receives the attention and support they need—helping them stay current with wellness visits, preventive screenings, and overall care. Shelby has built strong, trusting relationships with many of our Medicare patients and is always willing to step in and help with any task that’s needed. Her kindness, reliability, and expertise make her an essential and deeply appreciated member of our clinic family.
When she’s not at work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband and their sweet pup, Posie.

Receptionist/Referrals
Caleb is a friendly and dependable member of our front office team who helps ensure patients receive exceptional service from check-in through the referral process. As a student at the University of North Alabama, he brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an encouraging spirit to the clinic every day. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and fishing. As a trilingual team member, she helps patients feel welcomed, understood, and cared for throughout their visit. A devoted mom and bonus mom, Cesia enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through hairstyling outside of work. Her passion for helping others, strong work ethic, and caring heart make her an invaluable member of our team, and we are grateful to have her.

Office Manager/Medical Biller & Coder
With over 20 years in healthcare, Latasha brings valuable experience and a deep passion for both patient care and healthcare administration. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles—including EMS, emergency room/clinic setting—along with experience in medical billing/coding, and management. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and in the healthcare community.
Outside of work, Latasha enjoys spending time with her husband and children, playing music/singing, and enjoying the great outdoors.
