Hazley is a warm and welcoming presence at our clinic, serving as both a skilled medical assistant and receptionist. From greeting patients with a smile to coordinating behind-the-scenes tasks, she helps ensure everything runs smoothly. Multi-trained and highly versatile, Hazley wears many hats—you’ve likely spoken with her on the phone! Her dedication to patient comfort and efficient care makes her an essential part of our team. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved pup, Dally Grace.

Kara is a multi-trained medical assistant and receptionist, as well as a dedicated nursing student with a deep passion for healthcare. Her enthusiasm for learning and commitment to providing outstanding patient care make her a highly valued member of our team. Always eager to grow and help wherever she’s needed, Kara brings a positive energy and a wide range of skills to the clinic. She’s excited for her future as a nurse—and we’re blessed to have her.

Patient Navigator
Shelby is our Patient Navigator, specializing in care for our Rural Health Medicare patients. With a warm and compassionate approach, she ensures each patient receives the attention and support they need—helping them stay current with wellness visits, preventive screenings, and overall care. Shelby has built strong, trusting relationships with many of our Medicare patients and is always willing to step in and help with any task that’s needed. Her kindness, reliability, and expertise make her an essential and deeply appreciated member of our clinic family.
When she’s not at work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband and their sweet pup, Posie.
Latasha
Office Manager/Medical Biller & Coder
With over 20 years in healthcare, Latasha brings valuable experience and a deep passion for both patient care and healthcare administration. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles—including EMS, emergency room/clinic setting—along with experience in medical billing/coding, and management. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and in the healthcare community.
Outside of work, Latasha enjoys spending time with her husband and children, making music/singing, and enjoying the great outdoors.
